About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product and Project Management Instructor to lead a short, focused training batch. You will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-relevant training that equips learners with real-world product and project management skills within a tight timeline.
What you'll work on
- Deliver structured lessons covering core product and project management concepts
- Break down complex frameworks into simple, practical, and easy-to-apply lessons
- Use real-world case studies and examples to reinforce learning
- Assign and review practical exercises or assignments to track learner progress
- Provide feedback and support to learners throughout the batch
- Ensure the training stays on schedule to meet the 3-week completion timeline
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Prior experience teaching, training, or mentoring is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify technical or strategic concepts for beginners
- Comfortable working within a fixed timeline and structured curriculum
- Based in Lagos or able to commute to Lekki for the duration of the batch
Compensation & benefits
Work Type: Contract (1 Batch)
Duration: Ends in 3 weeks
Compensation: ₦30,000 – ₦50,000
