About the role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Full Stack Web Development Instructor to deliver practical, hands-on training to aspiring software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience and the ability to simplify technical concepts while mentoring students through real-world projects.
What you'll work on
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical Full Stack Web Development training sessions.
- Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js (or similar frameworks).
- Teach back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, PHP, Python, or other relevant frameworks.
- Guide students in database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Support students in building real-world projects and portfolios.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Strong practical experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js (or equivalent), Node.js, Express.js, Git, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience working on real-world software development projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to teach both beginners and intermediate learners.
- Passion for developing the next generation of tech talent.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
Compensation & benefits
- ₦30,000 – ₦40,000 per batch (depending on experience and class size)
